Inspection upon receipt (our special feature):

We allow you to open and inspect the shipment in the presence of the representative.

If you are not satisfied with the product or find any ملاحظة, you can return it immediately with the representative and only pay the shipping fees.

Exchange and return conditions after the representative leaves:

The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt (according to consumer protection law).

The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags.

In case of exchange or return for a reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer bears the additional shipping costs.

 

Manufacturing defects or error in order:

In case of receiving a wrong product or a product with a manufacturing defect, "Mento Store" bears all shipping costs for exchange or return without any additional cost to the customer.

 

Non-returnable products:

For health reasons, hair accessories (hair ties) or necklaces cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect upon receipt.
